Disturbing video of the occult’s approach to historic preservation

Bill Bridges,  Chairman of the Archaeological Research Trust of the South Carolina Institute of Archaeology and Anthropology, sent me this video, because he knew that the occult had “wrung me through the wringer” in 2012 during the “Mayas in Georgia Thang.”   Whether a cult is Neo-Nazi or Neo-Communist, facts take a back row seat to political agenda, when they get involved in an issue.

The scene, you will see, where the mob is kicking the statue brought back painful, suppressed memories from seven years ago on a cold winter’s night, when North Carolina Mountain Nazi’s beat me on the head with baseball bats while I was asleep at a campsite. All I remember, though, was half-waking up to being cursed at and kicked on the side like this statue . . . just as all three of my brave Scottish Herd Dogs went flying out of the hole in the tent with fangs exposed.  The thugs ran off into the snowy forest.

Let’s make it clear, though.  The occultists in this video are self-styled Communists, not Nazi’s.  Is there really a difference?

This video would not have been presented on POOF, except that I wanted you to understand why occult mobs . . . whether Neo-Nazis or Commies, are a threat to Native American cultural heritage.  Most of you have no idea, what I was going through between late 2009 and early 2013.  What these extremists do is demonize someone or a historic site, then focus all their evil on him, her or it.  Note that they symbolically lynched the bronze Confederate soldier by putting a noose around his neck.

The video was particularly disturbing to me because I could not understand why spoiled kids from the burbs would feel the need to curse and kick a bronze statue, honoring North Carolinians, who had been dead for at least a century. I seriously doubt that any of these young men and women have ever come within 10 feet of a Nazi and certainly have not fought them in hand-to-hand combat in the middle of the night like have.  Why would they equate long dead Civil War veterans with the current crop of misfits?

Our family had letters from Creek ancestors, who fought in the Army of Northern Virginia.  They HATED the war and saw no need for the war.  They didn’t own slaves and so showed great contempt for the Southern planters and Northern Industrialists, who started the war. On the other hand, they expressed no hatred of the young men. who were dying like them, in the Northern Army.  They just wanted to go home.

A little research and I found out that the ringleaders in the crowd were members of a relatively small, self-styled Communist organization called the Workers World Party.   I studied videos made of other demonstrations by this group.  It’s really a cult, dominated by one young woman.  Whatever she says,  the followers repeat her words.  It reminded me of brainwashing techniques, used by satanic cults and neo-Nazi paramilitary groups.  As I said before . . . different labels . . . same sick souls.

At the beginning of the video, the mob is chanting, “We’re the Revolution! . . . We’re the Revolution!”

Lord help us!  I have a feeling than these suburbanites would not even know how to put a roof over their heads.

And that’s all I got to say . . .  Forrest Gump

Richard Thornton is a professional architect, city planner, author and museum exhibit designer-builder. He is today considered one of the nation’s leading experts on the Southeastern Indians. However, that was not always the case. While at Georgia Tech Richard was the first winner of the Barrett Fellowship, which enabled him to study Mesoamerican architecture and culture in Mexico under the auspices of the Institutio Nacional de Antropoligia e Historia. Dr. Roman Piňa-Chan, the famous archaeologist and director of the Museo Nacional de Antropologia, was his fellowship coordinator. For decades afterward, he lectured at universities and professional societies around the Southeast on Mesoamerican architecture, while knowing very little about his own Creek heritage. Then he was hired to carry out projects for the Muscogee-Creek Nation in Oklahoma. The rest is history. Richard is the Tribal Historic Preservation Officer for the KVWETV (Coweta) Creek Tribe and a member of the Perdido Bay Creek Tribe. In 2009 he was the architect for Oklahoma’s Trail of Tears Memorial at Council Oak Park in Tulsa. He is the president of the Apalache Foundation, which is sponsoring research into the advanced indigenous societies of the Lower Southeast.

They talk and act tough, but they’re all bluster. I doubt seriously their ability to stand shoulder to shoulder with that Confederate soldier. It takes little bravery to beat up an inanimate statue. In the line of fire, they’d tuck tail and run. Cowards. The lot of them.

I am a Northerner. Grew up in Kansas which was kind of neutral in the Civil War. But I want our southern heritage preserved. It’s part of who we are. Our history is our history, whether south or north, east or west, and if we get rid of our southern heritage, what’s next? What lies will our grandchildren be fed without the monuments and landmarks?

I’m a Daughter of the American Revolution, married to a Native American-Scotch-Welshman of Melungeon heritage (from the Sneedville, TN area; his gr. gr+ grandmother was the notorious bootlegger, Mahala Mullins) and I have no Native American blood. I mourn what Europeans did to Native Americans, but it’s a part of my country. It’s part of who we are. It’s part of who my children are as descendants of both sides of the political issues of our country’s foundings. All nations are formed as a result of war and conflict. There are no utopias. Scars make us who we are. Making them invisible doesn’t mean they aren’t there. Anything hidden makes it even more desirable. They’re really just shooting themselves in the foot.

    • Karla, did I tell you that Mahala is a Creek name? It means “teacher.” My grand-mother was the fifth generation girl named Mahala. Very thoughtful essay from a very nice lady from Kansas. You did see, however, POOF’s article that proved the Kansas Indians were in NW Georgia, when De Soto came through? Perhaps you were just spiritually coming home.

“Let’s make it clear, though. The occultists in this video are self-styled Communists, not Nazi’s. Is there really a difference?”

Of course there is no difference. A point of ignorance these sensitive souls and the general public still don’t get,

    Hey Richard
The last few days have in many ways has been surreal. Two groups of domestic terrorist had a battle in a large American city, the police were almost non-existent, the media, state government and a large part of the federal government has taken a side with one terror group calling the other side the bad guys. Well from where I stand there is plenty of blame for both sides of this issue. The people in this video are a true democracy, a mob that does not think it reacts regardless of the reason. Our medias coverage of these events does not help the overall situation with all the lies and omissions they tell. The one thing I want to tell the collage kids is that NO ONE owes you a living, an education, a job, a house, a living wage etc. What ever race you identify as, one thing that we all have in common is it takes hard work to get ahead in life. Life is not fair, things will be going great one minute and fall apart the next leaving you going WHAT JUST HAPPENED?
I hope everyone will stop and take a deep breath and start coming together as Americans for America.
God bless you, your readers and all the people in this world.

My son sent me this link below just last week. What you are writing about is happening all over this world, and erasing history.
I am still looking for my book “Silent Wings” With the pics of the Buffalo Rock and Sacrificers Stone.
If I can’t find mine I will use the book I purchased for my mother and scan those pictures and descriptions soon.

Lord help them, as they won’t make it when their “revolution” hits with the help of the elites.

The Information World is changing!

People of One Fire needs your help to evolve with it.

We are now celebrating the 11th year of the People of One Fire. In that time, we have seen a radical change in the way people receive information. The magazine industry has almost died. Printed newspapers are on life support. Ezines, such as POOF, replaced printed books as the primary means to present new knowledge. Now the media is shifting to videos, animated films of ancient towns, Youtube and three dimensional holograph images.

During the past six years, a privately owned business has generously subsidized my research as I virtually traveled along the coast lines and rivers of the Southeast. That will end in December 2017. I desperately need to find a means to keep our research self-supporting with advertising from a broader range of viewers. Creation of animated architectural history films for POOF and a People of One Fire Youtube Channel appears to be the way. To do this I will need to acquire state-of-art software and video hardware, which I can not afford with my very limited income. Several of you know personally that I live a very modest lifestyle. If you can help with this endeavor, it will be greatly appreciated.
