Firms that received federal funds to evict me on Christmas Eve 2009 say I am violating their privacy!
Back in 2007, 2008, 2009 and 2010, well over a billion dollars of taxpayers’ money (maybe over $2 billion) was transferred by the federal government to the legal, real estate and eviction lock-up firms that handled the evictions. In the case of many houses, if not most, the money paid for the foreclosure and eviction significantly exceeded what was owed. This is just the type of travesties, which voters are allowing politicians to get away with. Did you notice that in the 2008 or 2012 Presidential campaigns neither party discussed doing anything about the idiocy of spending far more taxpayers’ money to make people homeless than was required to keep them in their homes? The politicians in both parties were also silent about cleaning up the corruption in the real estate-finance industry.
In my case, I was pass due for $2133, yet the federal government paid several firms involved over $12,000 to make me homeless. The only reason that I got behind in my payments was that I had no income for eight months, but projects had started coming in by November 2009. In fact, at the time they filed a eviction order, I had the money on hand to pay all that was pass due, plus late fees, but I was going to have refinance with a mitigation loan in mid-January to do it. I also had the money on hand for the mitigation closing. That is how I was able to move out most of my belongings, after receiving a notice from FannieMae’s attorney on 12/21/2009 to be out of the house by Christmas Eve – 12/24/2009.
Well, this beats the cake. One of the firms involved with the Christmas Eve eviction is complaining that I violated THEIR privacy by mentioning it eight years later in the video I created about living in a tent for two years. Their is no remorse . . . no offer to get me back on my feet. Of course, all of this was public record in a state court, so I don’t see how it is a matter of privacy. We will see what YouTube does.
Update: Now three firms or individuals have filed privacy complaints as of 6:20 PM on 3/7/2018!
Reckon it’s thar constitushunal rawt to screw other citizens and break the law!
